Dental Insurance

It is well known that oral health is virtually key to your body’s overall health. We provide our dental participant’s and their dependents with access to an extensive nationwide network of dentists. You’ll be able to choose from 2 different dental plans, Basic and Enhanced. Our basic dental plan covers:

• 100% of annual exams, cleanings, X-Rays, fluoride for children and other standard annual procedures
• 60% of the cost of fillings

Our Enhanced dental plan includes:

• Everything from the basic plan, including services such as crowns, endodontics, periodontics, extractions, anesthesia and more
• Orthodontia for children
