Kyle joined HSA Group Benefits in 2008 as Director of Sales & Operations after beginning his career in the construction industry as a general contractor. He later moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, bringing together his experience in sales, operations, and client service to help guide the firm’s people, processes, and continued growth.
His early career gave him a lasting appreciation for strong relationships, clear communication, practical problem-solving, and doing what you say you will do. Those principles continue to shape his approach to leadership and client service.
Kyle is especially passionate about building a team-first culture in which people take ownership, support one another, and continually work to improve. His focus is ensuring that every interaction with HSA Group Benefits is responsive, professional, and dependable.
